Immediate Opening for Receptionist/Administrative Specialist.
This is more than just answering phones and greeting visitors…it’s about supporting a rapidly growing department within a large organization that has diverse administrative needs.
Must have computer experience - MS office including
outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, and database management. Ability to
communicate effectively in English with a must as well as answer phones and
communicates with various customers and visitors.
Candidates with all the following skills, experience and qualifications should
definitely apply:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-At least 1-2 years of front desk or administrative support experience
-Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with employees and visitors
-Consistently provide helpful and courteous customer service with a smile
-Experience with Email, Internet and MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint at an intermediate to advanced level
-Enthusiasm and a proactive, can-do attitude to produce timely results
-Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and support needs
-Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver quality work product
-Detail oriented
This position will support team and will interact with all
levels of management and staff for assistance as needed. Ongoing general support
duties for managers will include calendaring, meeting preparation; travel
arrangements and expense report assistance.
